Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets (about 6 cups)
1 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt + 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Boil a large pot of water with 1/2 tsp sea salt.
2. Add cauliflower when water is boiled and cook until it is very tender (about 10 minutes)
3. Reserve 1/4 cup water then drain the rest of the water from the cauliflower
4. Put cauliflower in food processor with oil and water and process until smooth
5. Season with salt and pepper
