2 (15-16 oz) cans beans (Cinderella prefers 1 can black and 1 can red beans)
1/2 cup coconut sugar (can use brown sugar instead)
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar (can also use rice vinegar)
1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 slices bacon (Cinderella loves Applegate natural Sunday bacon)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl put beans, sugar, onion, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix well.
3. Pour bean mixture into a greased (with cooking spray) 8x8 baking dish.
4. Put bacon slices on top of bean mixture.
5. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees F.
6. Take bacon off of top of beans, cut up into small pieces and mix into baked beans.
