Guacamole

**Not Gluten Free?? No change :-)
**Not Dairy Free?? No change :-)
**Grain Free/Paleo?? Serve with celery, carrots, peppers or your favorite veggies to dip or serve with Cinderella's Almond Chips

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados
1 lime, juiced (or 2 Tbs lime juice)
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 medium onion, minced
1 clove garlic, chopped (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)

Directions:

1. Peel skin off of avocados and cut around pit
2. Mash avocado until smooth in a bowl
3. Mix in lime juice, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, onion and garlic with mashed avocados (best to do with your hands)
4. Let sit on the counter for at least an hour before serving
