**Not Dairy Free?? Use butter instead of oil and regular milk
**Grain Free?? No change
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
4 russet potatoes, peels and quartered
2 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs unsweetened original almond milk
1 tsp sea salt
Directions:
1. Boil a large pot of water
2. When water comes to a boil add peeled and quartered potatoes
3. Boil potatoes for about 15 minutes or until soft when poked with a fork
4. Drain potatoes of all water and put back into pot
5. Mash potatoes with a potato masher or a fork
6. Add olive oil, milk and salt and mix well (add more salt to taste if desired)
