Serves: 2
Ingredients:
4 small red potatoes
3 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp thyme
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. Cut each red potato into 1/8ths
3. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and cover with oil, flip over with hands to cover all sides of the potatoes
4. Sprinkle potatoes with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme
5. Bake at 450 degrees F for 15 minutes and then flip potatoes over and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown
