Serves: 4
Ingredients:
One large head of broccoli (raw)
2 Tbs olive oil + 1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp sea salt + 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
1. Boil a pot of water with 2 Tbs olive oil and 1/4 tsp sea salt
2. While water is boiling chop the florets off of the broccoli and throw out the stems. Cut broccoli florets to desired size
3. When water comes to a boil add raw broccoli and cook on high heat for about 5 minutes
4. Strain water from broccoli and return it to the pot
5. Put 1/4 cup olive oil, 4 cloves of garlic and 1/2 tsp sea salt on top of broccoli and mix well
6. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until broccoli is very tender
