Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
2 Tbs chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
3 tsp cumin
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 package Corn taco shells (Cinderella loves Trader Joe's taco shells)
Shredded lettuce
Salsa (Cinderella loves Tostitos medium salsa)
Non-dairy Sour cream (Cinderella loves Tofutti Sour Supreme Better than Sour Cream)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in slow cooker and mix well
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
3. Shred chicken with a fork when done
4. Serve in taco shells and top with lettuce, salsa and sour cream (or any other taco toppings)
