Tacos


**Not gluten free?? Use whole wheat soft taco shells or hard corn shells
**Not dairy free?? Add regular sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese to your taco

**Grain free?? Make a taco salad

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 pound beef/ground chicken/turkey/beans
1 Tbs olive oil
2 Tbs chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
3 tsp cumin
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup water

1 package Corn taco shells (Cinderella loves Trader Joe's taco shells)
Shredded lettuce
Salsa (Cinderella loves Tostitos medium salsa)
Non-dairy Sour cream (Cinderella loves Tofutti Sour Supreme Better than Sour Cream)

Directions:

1. In a large non-stick pan put olive oil and meat in pan and cook until browned or cooked all the way through over a medium high heat.
2. Mix all spices in a separate bowl and then pour on top of meat.
3. Add water to meat and spice mixture.
4. Stir all the way through and cook on low about 5 minutes.
5. Bake taco shells according to package (only takes a few minutes).
6. Set up taco shell with meat, lettuce, salsa and sour cream or any other toppings you enjoy.
