**Not Dairy Free?? Use butter instead of olive oil, regular heavy cream and add 1 1/2 cups Romano or Parmesan cheese to the recipe when complete
**Grain Free?? Serve over grilled chicken with a side of your favorite vegetables or over Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup dairy free creamer (Cinderella loves So Delicious dairy free creamers)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 Tbs cornstarch
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan heat 1/4 cup olive oil over a medium flame
2. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes
3. Add garlic and cornstarch and stir well, turn flame to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
4. Stir in parsley and mix well
