Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced or shredded
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise (see Cinderella's post for Homemade Mayonnaise)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together
