**Not Dairy Free?? Use butter instead of sesame oil
**Grain Free?? Stir fry with 1 cup cooked broccoli and 1 cup cooked cauliflower instead of rice
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 Tbs water
1 Tbs sesame oil (or substitute any oil) + 1 Tbs sesame oil (or substitute any oil)
1 onion
2 cups cooked rice
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
1. Beat egg with water
2. Heat 1 Tbs oil oil in large skillet over low/medium heat
3. Add egg and leave flat for about 2 minutes
4. Remove egg from skillet and cut into shreds
5. Heat 1 Tbs oil in same skillet, add onion and saute about 10 minutes or until tender
6. Add cooked rice, soy sauce and pepper to the onions
7. Stir fry about 5 minutes and then add egg
