Ingredients:
1 tsp sea salt
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper
2 Tbs parsley
1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. In a skillet over low heat combine garlic, olive oil, salt and red pepper, stirring occasionally until garlic turns golden brown, about 10 minutes
2. Add water and parsley to mixture and mix well
