Lemon "Butter" Sauce

**Not Gluten Free?? No change :-)
**Not Dairy Free?? Use butter instead of olive oil
**Grain Free/Paleo?? No change :-)

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1 Tbs parsley
2 Tbs lemon juice
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients in a 2 cup pyrex measuring cup (or microwave safe bowl)
2. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir
3. Microwave again on high for 1 more minute and then at 30 second intervals until almonds are brown (OR cook over low/medium flame on the stove in a small saucepan)
