**Not Gluten Free?? Use regular pasta
**Not Dairy Free?? Add 2/3 cup Romano or Parmesan cheese to the recipe at the end
**Grain Free/Paleo?? Serve with a side of our favorite veggies
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 pound gluten free pasta (Cinderella loves this recipe with Barilla gluten free rotini)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
24 raw jumbo shrimp
4 Tbs olive oil
4 Tbs lemon juice
4 Tbs lime juice
6 tsp basil
1/2 cup pignoli nuts
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 Tbs parsley
Directions:
1. Boil water for pasta with 1/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 tsp sea salt, when water is boiled cook pasta according to package
2. While pasta is cooking, heat 4 Tbs olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat
3. Saute shrimp in oil about 2 minutes per side
4. Add lemon, lime, basil, pepper and parsley to shrimp and cook on low about 5 minutes
5. Add shrimp and sauce to pasta when ready and mix well
