Spinach Dip

**Not Gluten Free?? Serve with warm ciabatta bread
**Not Dairy Free?? Use regular cream cheese and milk, top with Romano or Parmesan cheese before baking 
**Grain Free?? Serve with celery, carrots, peppers or your favorite veggies to dip or serve with Cinderella's Almond Chips

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 8oz package frozen spinach
1 8oz container dairy free cream cheese (Cinderella loves Tofutti dairy free cream cheese)
2 Tbs dairy free sour cream (Cinderella loves Tofutti Sour Supreme Better than Sour Cream)
1/4 cup onion chopped (or 1 tsp onion powder)
2 garlic cloves, chopped (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
4 Tbs dairy free milk (Cinderella loves Target or Stop and Shop brand unsweetened original almond milk)
1/2 tsp sea salt
Tortilla chips for dipping (Cinderella loves Mission tortilla chips)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
2. Defrost spinach according to package
3. Blend spinach, cream cheese, onion, garlic, milk and salt in a food processor or blender until well mixed
4. Pour into an 8x8 baking pan
5. Bake for about 35 minutes on 375 degrees F
6. Serve with tortilla chips
