French Toast

**Not Gluten Free?? Use any bread of your choice
**Not Dairy Free?? Use regular milk
**Grain Free/Paleo?? Use "Paleo Bread" if desired (Cinderella loves Julian Bakery Almond Bread) or Cinderella's recipe for Blueberry Bread with or without the blueberries for your bread

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

4 slices gluten free bread (Cinderella loves Trader Joe's Gluten Free English Muffins or Udi's Gluten Free Whole Grain Bread)
1/2 cup egg whites (or 2 whole eggs)
1/4 cup non-diary milk (Cinderella loves unsweetened original almond milk)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
olive oil cooking spray

Directions:

1. In a medium sized bowl whisk eggs together
2. Mix in milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves with eggs and whisk again
3. Put a large skillet on a medium flame and spray with olive oil cooking spray
4. Dip both sides of bread slices into egg mixture and put directly on preheated skillet
5. Fry bread on each side about 2-3 minutes or until both sides are golden brown
