How to Cook Evenly in the Oven

I wish I had a fancy oven, but I don't. Apparently if you have a certain kind of oven it cooks everything evenly and you don't need to do anything. However, if you are like most of us you probably don't have this. You would hate to have half of your brownies cooked more than the other half, or burn a portion of food and have the other part not cooked enough. With all of my food, I always turn everything around halfway through cooking so everything cooks evenly. For example, if I'm cooking my Chicken Cutlets, I put the chicken in and set the timer for 10-15 minutes, then I turn the pan around completely (so what was closest to me is now closest to the back of the oven) and cook for another 10-15 minutes. It comes out evenly browned on all pieces of chicken and nothing gets burned. Perfection!
