Serves: about 12 cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. In a medium bowl, mix together white and brown sugar, add peanut butter and egg and mix very well
3. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray
4. Spoon tablespoon sized cookies onto tray
5. Bake for 5 minutes then press down each cookie twice with a fork to make an X
6. Bake for another 5-7 minutes until cookies are golden brown
